Sisters, the autopsy has been done for the body that was found in the bayou of Louisiana. Allegedly, the decomposed body is the missing teacher, Terrilynn Monette. However, the search is yet questionable and Monette’s mother sounds like she wants answers, regarding why it took so long for them to discover the car.
According to CNN.com, the statement from the police department said Terrilynn Monette, who was last seen March 2, was identified through dental records. The death was ruled a drowning, and there were no signs of trauma to the body, police said.
We pray that investigators do their best to find the killer, although it has been ruled a drowning. In our opinion, it seems like Monette was murdered. Why was she last seen leaving a bar and then no one else heard anything from her? The case should not be closed, sisters. Too many times, the murders of many black women are left unsolved, because there is no one to push for investigators to do more research. We have to ask you intelligent black women this, why do you think it took them a few months to find Monette’s body, but determine it was a drowning through a very quick autopsy?
